Dr. Jana Jagodick is a Research Scholar at the Global Institute for Sustainable Prosperity, a social researcher, and the GISP Director of Research & Innovation for Namibia. She works on innovative projects with the team members of University of Namibia, Namibia University of Science and Technology, and their international partners. Before becoming a social researcher, she played an active role as a Senior Lecturer, Research Representative, and Research Cluster Leader in Innovation and Project Management at the Namibia University of Science & Technology. Her primary research interest is in innovation by social transformation. In every research project, Dr. Jana Jagodick includes her professional management work experiences from Germany.
