Logan Smith

Logan Smith is a Research Assistant at the Institute for Sustainable Prosperity and a master’s student in the Department of French and Italian at Miami University. Smith received a B.A from Denison University in 2016, majoring in English and French literature. As a 2014 summer scholar, he conducted a self-designed socio-linguistics research projected focused on regionalized Ohio grammar. His interests in public policy led to his participation in the John Adams Summer Legal Scholars Undergraduate Legal Studies conference at Kenyon College and a 2015 legislative internship in an Ohio Senator’s Washington D.C office. His current research interests include post-colonial theory in literature as well as environmental sustainability and job guarantee policies.
